Piccolo appartamento di circa 50 mq posto al secondo piano di un complesso condominiale moderno con portiere, situato in una strada privata adiacente a viale Marconi, arteria commerciale ricca di importanti negozi che ben rappresentano lo shopping romano.
L'appartamento, recentemente ripulito, è composto da un grande soggiorno con angolo cottura completamente equipaggiato, un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa e un tavolo per pranzare, una cameretta con letto a castello  del tipo ostello, un piccolo ingresso accogliente all'entrata, grande bagno con vasca ed un piacevole balconcino con tavolino e sedie (totale 4 posti letto).
L'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento condominiale, acqua calda a sufficienza per tutti gli ospiti, aria condizionata (solo freddo), 2 televisori con canali in digitale terrestre nelle due stanze, tostapane, bollitore, internet wi-fi.
L'ubicazione dell'appartmento è ottima per trascorrere del tempo a Roma, trovandosi a 300 metri dalla stazione Trastevere (collegata con il terminal dell'aeroporto di Fiumicino e la stazione centrale termini), a 400 metri dalla fermata del tram 8 che in 10 minuti porta a Trastevere (rinomato quartiere ricco di ristoranti, locali notturni, pub e  bar, vicino al famoso e caratteristico quartiere Testaccio (noto per la sua vita notturna e la movida dei romani) e vicino a via Ettore Rolli dove tutte le domeniche si svolge l'antico mercato rionale all'aperto chiamato Portaportese nel quale si può comprare qualsiasi cosa.
Il centro storico, ed in particolare piazza Venezia, si raggiunge in soli 15 minuti di tram, lo stesso che passa per trastevere.
Trastevere, antico rione, ubicato vicino alla zona Monteverde e dall'altra sponda del Tevere rispetto al centro storico, era un quartiere popolare di Roma, in passato ed è diventato nel tempo luogo di tradizioni, arte e cucina tipica romana. Small apartment of about 50 square meters on the second floor of a modern apartment complex with concierge, located on a private road adjacent to the avenue Marconi, shopping street full of shops that represent the Roman shopping area.
The apartment, recently cleaned, is composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed and a dining table, a bedroom with a single bed with private sink, a small welcoming entrance, large bathroom with bathtub and a nice balcony with table and chairs.
The apartment is equipped with heating system, hot water enough for all the guests, air conditioning (cooling only) , 2 televisions with digital terrestrial channels in the two rooms, washing machine, toaster, kettle, wi -fi.
The location is great for spending time in Rome, being 300 meters from Trastevere Station (connected to the terminal at Fiumicino airport and the central station Termini), 400 meters from the tram stop n°8 that in 10 minutes bring to Trastevere,  a popular neighborhood full of restaurants, nightclubs, pubs and bars, close to the famous and characteristic Testaccio district (known for its nightlife and the Movida of the Romans) and close to via Ettore Rolli which takes place every Sunday the ancient open-air street market called Portaportese where you can buy anything.
The historical center and in particular piazza Venezia, can be reached in just 15 minutes by tram n°8, the same goes for Trastevere.
Trastevere , the old neighborhood , located near the Monteverde area and on the other bank of the river from the old town , it was a working class neighborhood of Rome, in the past and has over time become a place of traditions, art and typical Roman cuisine.
